Question New HDD not showing up

Hi! I just bought a new PC and it has a 2TB HDD but its not showing up neither in file explorer or device manager. Also, my computer is givin a beeping sound every 5-6 seconds which i think might be connected to this problem. (Everything else in the computer works perfectly fine).

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Try another SATA data cable and then try another power connector.

Check cpu and gpu temperatures.
