New HDD: sounds

I bought a new HDD a 2.5in WD 1TB and it makes very faint sound when accessing data.
The sound is like 'bzzt' like the head is moving when the reading is not random, but on random access the sound is like scratching.
SMART is at 100% health , and its providing performance as advertised.Are these normal sound or Should I RMA it?

The newer WD HDDs have a different type of sound while running. Not necessarily bad. Can you post an audio (YouTube) of the sound?

Also, you can check it with HDTune and CrystalDiskInfo.

HD Tune says the drive has no smart errors .I am uploading the video.

First sound is of random access and second of usual disk access.

I listened to the sound at various volume levels and did not hear anything detrimental. Sounds like the 'Sound of Music".

Normal for the newer set of WD HDDs which have a lot more features than their older versions. The sounds that are bad (killers) are the dreaded "clicking" sounds that signal impending failure (early warning). I didn't hear that in your HDD.
