new headset makes static feedback sound whenever there is sound

So i just got a new headset, the turtle beach stealth 450
and whenever there is sounds, like if i get a steam message i hear a small static feedback sound too, also like when i listen to music or watch a video i can hear the static start too

didnt happen with my previous logitech g430 headset, is there any reason this might be?

What I would guess is, since they are wireless headphones you are going to run into a bunch of wireless issues. Different frequencies have a number of waves going through and if some of the waves cannot be interpreted the receiver converts them into static.
