new here--will 970A-G43 PLUS work with what I list

my computer parts date back to 2010 or so lol. Needing an upgrade.

If I got this motherboard: 970A-G43 PLUS https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Computer-Motherboard-970A-G43-PLUS/dp/B01BI0X6KQ/ref=dp_ob_title_ce

Along with this CPU: FX-8350 https://jet.com/product/AMD-FX-8350-Black-Edition-Vishera-8-Core-40-GHz-42-GHz-Turbo-Socket-AM3-125W-FD8/dfbd7034b3f1441eb634a09fce50ee07

and this graphics card: RX 480 8 GB https://jet.com/product/VISIONTEK-900898-Radeon-RX-480-8GB-GDDR5-VT/3b9c109318024d529a0e6b33ae7fc8db

I have 8GB of RAM, not sure what my power supply is, and a 1TB hard drive if that matters for anything.

My current build is:
Motherboard: System Model GA-MA785GT-UD3H Gigabyte AM3 socket.
CPU: Phenom x4 965 black edition
Graphics card: Radeon HD 5700 series

Nope, that board has a very poor power and thermal design , poor match for a 125w CPU.

So the MSI motherboard wouldn't work if I just use it regularly..no overclocking?
