got new computer from cyber power. played a whole game for 10 hours, "murdered: soul suspect" all graphics options to MAX, worked fine looked beautiful.

Then i tried playing team fortress 2, and twice in two hours the system froze up displaying whatever image of the game. no sound loop. . no respone. i had to hard restart both times.

then it happened with another game, hydrophobia. max settings froze twice in the same manner.

I thought maybe the HDD was damaged during shipping, and replaced it with a brand new one, but the system froze when i played tf2 in the exact same way again.

i ran gpu stress test, it ran at 73degrees for a half hour and seemed to do fine.

i dk what the problem could be

amd fx-9590 4.7ghz
gigbye ga-990fxa-ud3
amd radeon r9 290x
16 gb ram
liquid cooling, max fans, temp display (i dk if that can be causing problems)

Because some people dont wanna give their pc away for 3 weeks and then get it back with the message it's fixed, when all they did is replace the cheapest possible component that has nothing to do with it just so they can say they did something.

Boy, i feel much better after blanting that out of my system 🙂

ps: no offense to you, but i had some friends go a bit mental over warranty repairs. My stuff has always worked fine so far, i'm blessed by thorand medusa, i am, I AM
