New High Performance Computer Build

I am trying to build a work server for my business. So far I have gotten the following parts. My budget is about $1500, but maybe more if I feel its worth it. What do you guys think?

XEON E3-1230 VER2 QUAD CORE B

STT D3-1333 8G/ECC x2 TOTAL 16GB SUPER TALENT MEMORY

Western Digital 1 TB black HD x3, total 3 TB before Raid

Samsung DVDRW

Kingwin removeable hd

Inwin case PE-689 for server

Cooler master 750 watts power supply.

id say get 1 3tb hdd instead of raid o 3
