New house. :)

Well, I noticed a house not far from my current small house had collapsed
today. No one else was around and I had a leisurely looting spree. Not a
whole lot good stuff though. No stacks of 65536 valorite ingots for
instance.

After a while I realized I could place a larger house there and collapse
my current one. So now I have to think about how to design this one.

Also, there is room now for a small customizable 2 story at the middle
northern most tip of candelabra point on Atlantic, Trammel.

Where is that? Where's the new place?

Well, you can get there going sort of north from the Justice shrine. The
exact coordinates of the Sea View West are 123o18'N, 13o8'W if you have a
sextant or UO Automap. I think the building part is done, now I just have
to decorate it and move in.

I suppose you will supply the keg? If it's green, I won't taste any. I'm
no newbie anymore. ;PPPP

That was a quick build! Takes me ages to decide, normally encompassing
several radical changes of stone etc. My 18*18 which I no longer have had a
tiny design flaw which cost me about 100k IIRC.

Yeah, I wish there was a way to design and build them offline and then
just upload them once you're satisfied. Or better yet, just a way to
change one thing in a finished house without have to redecorate the entire
thing again. Or how about a way to try to enlarge the footprint of an
existing house.

Oh well, I pretty much knew what I wanted with this one. Now it's just a
matter of shopping on vendors for the remaining bits to decorate it with.
