Case: Silverstone Grandia GD06 "Support Graphic Cards up to 11"

I'd like my HTPC to be able to play 4k HEVC video at 3x speed without pixellating and falling apart (hardware decoder?). I have an open pcie x16 slot. What (if any) are the low power use GPUs with at least 1 hdmi port which will get me there? THANKS!

Your motherboard supports HDMI 4k output at 24hz.
No matter, your cpu alone can not do the job.
Looks like you will need a discrete graphics card to do the job properly.
Here is a good link that explains:

Low profile might limit you to a GT1030.
Here is a wiki chart with the capabilities of a number of cards:

But, I think the Silverstone grandia series can handle full height graphics cards.
That greatly expands your options.
