New HTPC system - power savings?

Does anyone know how to (or have a tool to) estimate the power savings as I switch my HTPC from:

Q6600 / GeForce 9800GTX / external soundcard /4 SATA drives in an Antec 900 case / 800W PSU

to:

i3 2100T (35W) / onboard video / onboard sound / 4 SATA drives in a HTPC case (2 fans) / 350W PSU


I'm definite on the switch if not just for a smaller system and less noise. But I'd like to know how much electricity I'll save as well.

Since you are going ahead with the project, you might just want to purchase a kill-a-watt meter and then measure the before and after consumption and get some actual power usage data. You can pick one up at your local Home Depot:
