Question New hyperx cloud 2 problem.

I hear popping and crackling with these headset.
What i tryed and tested:

1. New firmware update for dongle. - Didnt fix it
2. Checked my outlets grounding. - They are fine
3. With 3.5mm audio jack they dont make crackling and popping sounds on boot.
4. Tryed disabling all other audio drivers. - Didnt fix it
5. In cs go all voice chats from other players have crackle and popping noise in them.
6. Almost all windows sounds make small crackle.
7. When i plug them in USB port i hear them crackle.
8. I bought USB HUB with power supply didnt fix problem.

Any help would be appreciated!!
Is there anything else i can do or should i try to RMA them.

Contact support for the headphones and ask them what the issue may be, you may need a new USB adapter.
