New i5 4670k is running... too cold?

So here's a problem I've never encountered since I started building my own systems years ago...
I've just installed a new Z87X-D3H mb and the Haswell i5 4670k into my system, and I'm cooling the cpu with the Coolermaster 212+ heatsink (one push fan).
This is the temperature reading after 15 minutes of Prime95.

I don't think it's a dodgy temperature sensor at all as the air coming out the back of the case is cool as cucumber..

Judging by other posts across the internet these Haswell chips normally hit double these temps under stress.
Anyone got any idea what's going on here? Could it be something along the lines of the CPU not getting enough power from the PSU?

MSI 560ti
Gigabyte Z87X-D3H
2x2GB Corsair XMS3 1600mhz RAM
Thermaltake V3 Black Edition Case (Side fan, front intake fan & rear fan)

Something is wrong there. There's not a chance in the world that your CPU is 30 degrees after 15 minutes of prime. Run Cinebench, monitor your temps and check whether your score is comparable with similar CPUs.

yup, esp since stating with Ivy the temps are not that good anymore.
try touching your heatsink (be careful) if you can, it should be hotter than that

Try HWMonitor and see if theres another sensor for the CPU, what is the room temp? You could also try intel burn test it seems to heat CPUs more than Prime.

Hah yeah looks like Speedfan is pretty far off accurate temperatures for whatever reason.
Seems to be peaking about 50 on both HWmonitor and Realtemp after about 20 minutes of P95: http://i.imgur.com/s6pl4Pd.png

The room here is pretty cold, but there's still pretty much no heat coming out the back or top of my case? I'd think the heatsink was improperly heated but there's no real heat at the backplate of the mobo either?

Temps look really good. Try this intel burn test.
Xeon 1230V2 is looking like this.
And xeon is usually cooler. Or you have really good cooler and chip.
