So here's a problem I've never encountered since I started building my own systems years ago...
I've just installed a new Z87X-D3H mb and the Haswell i5 4670k into my system, and I'm cooling the cpu with the Coolermaster 212+ heatsink (one push fan).
This is the temperature reading after 15 minutes of Prime95.

I don't think it's a dodgy temperature sensor at all as the air coming out the back of the case is cool as cucumber..
Judging by other posts across the internet these Haswell chips normally hit double these temps under stress.
Anyone got any idea what's going on here? Could it be something along the lines of the CPU not getting enough power from the PSU?

Gigabyte Z87X-D3H
2x2GB Corsair XMS3 1600mhz RAM
Thermaltake V3 Black Edition Case (Side fan, front intake fan & rear fan)
