Im also looking for a CPU Cooler (Was thinking Noctua but im not sold on it yet) and I looking to water cool sometime later.

Any thoughts or upgrades would be wonderfully helpful and appreciated.

Your PSU is a bit of overkill unless you are looking to add a second 4870X2 down the line. A corsair 850 would be more than enough.

For a reasonably priced and good performing CPU cooler take a look at the Xigmatek Dark Knight. And it looks badass imo.

Also, Seagates have not been doing so well recently. Consider a WD Caviar Black.
