Hi,

I am a new buy in on the i7 bandwagon... yaaaa... :heink:

i7 920
Asus Rampage II GENE
6GB Patriot PC12600 @ 8-8-8-24
ATi Radeon HD 4890
3 x WD Caviar Black 640 Raid 5
OCZ ModXtreme-Pro 700w
Antec Mini P180 Black
Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme RS1366
Windows 7 RC 7100

I have read so many peoples opinions on QPI / CPU Vcore etc that I just want some clarification, I have manually set a few V's and believe things are good, but two numbers concern me. They are my CPU PLL Voltage and DRAM Bus Voltage, both of, I am unable to modify or even at stock clock's get below their currently reported V's.

Basically, I want to make sure in a few weeks my CPU or mobo isn't going to explode because of the .4/.5 v difference max.

CPU VOLTAGE - 1.230 - 1.248
CPU PLL VOLTAGE - 1.819
QPI/Dram Core VOLTAGE - 1.336 - 1.364
IOH VOTLAGE - 1.1164 - 1.1171
IOH PCIE VOLTAGE - 1.508
ICH VOLTAGE - 1.1111
ICH PCIE VOLTAGE 1.508
DRAM BUS VOLTAGE - 2.004 - 2.017

MULTIPLIER @ 20
BCLK @ 160

CORE SPEED - 3200.8Mhz
DDR - 1604Mhz (800)
QPI LINK - 2984.3
8-8-8-24 DRAM TIMING

TEMPS:

CPU IDLE - 36.5 deg C
CPU FULL LOAD (PRIME95, 1HR) - 50 deg C
NB TEMP IDLE - 64 deg C
NB TEMP FULL LOAD (PRIME95, 1HR) - 70 deg C
SB TEMP IDLE - 36 deg C
SB TEMP FULL LOAD (PRIME95, 1HR) - 48 deg C
ROOM TEMP - 23.5 deg C

That's just it, that is what the board is setting automatically, I have in no way adjusted the DRAM Bus Voltage, the board seems to want to run my CPU PLL and DRAM Bus at stupid high V's, stock clock or OC @ 1.81 and 2.004 respectively. 🙁
