Question New install after upgrading?

So i just bought a new Mobo, processor and RAM for my older computer, i do not have a DVD drive nor do I have a USBstick, how will I go forward with this? Will I be able to boot up my computer with all the old files but with my new hardware, to then reinstall windows fully or wll i encounter hardware issues like this directly or in the future?

Try and see. Depends on how different two systems are and which windows version.
