New Install of graphics card Wreaking Havok!

Hello all,

I recently purchased an older card, the ATI Radeon HD 4850 x2 to hook up 3 monitors in my recording studio. It was new in the box, but caused my PC to restart intermittently and BSOD and freeze on a black screen cooking my CPU. It was all installed right with a great and powerful PSU. My PC checks out with full testing of all components and hardware (minus that card)

Has anyone else had a card wreak havok on your system out of the box like this?

Sounds like a defective card, software issue, insufficient psu, or overheating issue.

Install msi afterburner and monitor temps.

Also post back with your complete specs, not enough info.
