New installed GPU is very loud!!!

Hey, I have recently build a pc and the specs are at the bottom. I dont know why but every 10 or 20 seconds thr gpu will make a very loud noise and stop it after a minute. This keeps happening over and over again. The activity on the monitors doesnt even require so much fanspeed. It happens even when i browse on the internet. I even tried to set the option on silent in the bios but neverthless.

Specs: XFX Pro Series - 450W (psu)

Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H (mobo)

Intel Core i3-6100 - Boxed (cpu)

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti G1 Gaming 4G (gpu)

Try downloading MSI Afterbuner or EVGA Precision X and setting up a fan curve.
