New Intel i7700 K

Hi guys,
I recently bought an I7 7700K and i'm trying if my corsair H60 can handle it, but my temp's are kinda strange, they are verry peaky (pic included) I dont know if this is good or not. But the fans are allways turning on and off (in noise)

Considering most budget Air coolers will outperform a H60 , it's not very good performance wise.
