[SOLVED] new internal ssd not in disk management

Win7- it shows up in bios, though it does not as a boot option, shows up also in device manager and intel rapid storage, but not in disk management. saw another thread saying to go to "control panel/storage spaces" but cannot find this anywhere. help?

And is it the only drive?

its a 1tb samsung 860 evo, and its not the only drive. i have my main system drive and adding this one. not sure what specs you want that will help. asrock z270 mb, i5, (not sure how knowing that helps but there it is)

ok so after many restarts, switching ports, cables, ect last night, and much searching for answers this morning, i come home after work without changing anything, start it up and it magically shows up now in disk management and im able to get it going.....
