New internal wireless card, unsecured net, wont connect

Hello,
I've replaced my laptop w/ a new wireless card, thinking that would fix the unable to connect issues. now, i'm still unable to connect. i've reset my ip address, reset the network adaptor, reset the modem and router, reset both the desktop and laptop computers, and it still connects with limited access. what could be the problem?

Is there a loose connection from your phone line to router / Modem or anywhere? Is your PC too far away from the router/modem? If you can, use an ethernet cable to connect your router/modem to your PC. If you cant connect with the cable it is probably a faulty router/modem
