New kaby lake laptop needs older 8.1 VGA driver

Have an Acer E5-575-33BM and it is a i3-7500U 7th gen Kaby Lake Laptop which comes with win 10 installed. I don't like 10 so I found all the drivers (well, most of the drivers) for 8.1 and am sucessfully using win 8.1 with one small glitch - the extended display monitors do not work when 8.1 is booted but when I gboot back into win 10 it is just fine. Is there a video driver for this model laptop out there that will allow me to hook up an extended dual monitor setup booted into win 8.1? Any help much appreciated!

Do not suggest using anything other than Windows 10 on that system since a lot of the processor features are not supported in earlier versions of Windows and never will be.
