New Keyboard Not Working

Yesterday I went to my girlfriends house and she gave me a brand new BlueFinger keyboard, mouse, and mouse pad that she ordered off of Amazon. The mouse works perfectly, the keyboard however, at first only a couple of random keys worked and now none of the keys at all work. I know nothing about keyboards, can anyone help me resolve this issue?

If she got this on Amazon return it immediately. Amazon if very good at returns so box it and return it for a new one. This is assuming you have tested it on another computer and you are sure its the keyboard
