New keyboard problem?

Recently I bought a semi-mechanical RGB keyboard from Serioux (Serioux Keriam) and it works fine, except for games. Its got this weird problem (and I think it's because of the 6 key anti-ghosting) where, if I hold a button for a few seconds, it stops for a split second then works again. It's like im very rapidly pressing the W button instead of keeping it pressed. And it's seemingly random, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesnt. Sometimes I get this when I keep only 1 key pressed, but works fine when I keep 2 buttons pressed, sometimes its the opposite. Please help.
