New laptop, cant hide Cortana search bar?

Got my Asus rog gl551, and when i select the option to hide cortana search bar it doesnt do anything. It says selected

edit nvm, there was a hidden option i overlooked

Just Change Your Location Settings To An Unsupported Country, and Cortana will be gone ( Choose Algeria for example as your country, but keep languages settings as your language )
Ps. that's a temporary fix of course

On the left side when Cortana opens are the settings, start at the top and work your way down.

Go to Services, disable Windows Search, it will not disable anything else, except Cortana.

If you want the search window gone, change the size of type and icon size.
