New Laptop Cant Run CSGO

So I recently got a new laptop (ASUS X555DA-AS11). I'm not much of a PC gamer so the only game I play is Counter Strike. I figured that since my old cheap laptop could run CSGO reasonably well, my newer more expensive one would be able to run it just as well if not better. That is not the case however. Even on the lowest settings I can barely reach 20 FPS. I tried updating my drivers but that didn't do anything. While playing, my CPU is not going past 30% and my memory is not going past 50%. I'm not very good with computers so maybe my laptop just isn't powerful enough. I is better than the minimum system requirements however.
