Question New laptop fps drops

I just got this a week ago. THis doesnt happen all the time and happens seldom. When it does happens GPU usage drops so fps drop also. I emailed the company i bought it from HID Evolution and they said it could be the power bricks. Im not so certain. I also had this drop in cyberpunk 2077.
Things i tried using DDU and reinstall gpu drivers
Putting perfromance mode in nvidia control panel.

Its kinda a weird issue because its hard to replicat which is the most annoying. Could undervolting the cpu cause this ?

It wasnt the best video but you can see whats going on. I decided to reinstall windows with the thought that best the system shipped with 20h2 and i had to upgrade to 21h0 that there was a problem. As of right now i notice some difference but i need to give it at least a week of good gaming to say it solved. THe good thing is i have my 2080ti 9900k rig to double check games because thats all i do with computers besides look at porn you know
