new laptop is slow(need help)

i just bought a new lenovo ideapad 310, i5-7200, 4gb ram, gt920mx.

it's slow when it comes to opening some things and especially when i have to install a program through the CD drive. I open task manager right after i just turned it on and the memeory usage is already 2.3gb. The disk usage is also already 100%. HEKP!

Yeah, it got a slow 5400 rpm hdd. just have to wait it out.
