New Laptop not running games as well as it should be

Hi, I got a new laptop about 2 months ago, this is it: http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=710_577_1198&item_id=108878

Anyway, I know the specs should be able to run almost every game on high with no problem, but for some reason i'm having trouble running basic games like League of legends. No matter what setting the game is on it hovers around 70fps. I'm playing while the laptop is charging. I don't know what the problem is. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Well, the 1050 2GB is an entry level graphics card. I'm surprised you even get 70fps with that.

The thing that's weird to me is that no matter what setting any game is on the fps stays the same. Also when I first got the laptop I could play league at 200+ fps. Then after a couple of days it dropped to 50-70, so I factory restarted the laptop and it was back at 200fps then dropped again.
