Hi,

I've had my current laptop a few years now so I'm looking to upgrade. I've been looking at the following two laptops:

Does it make more sense to go for the 1070 for the sake of g-sync? I've enjoyed my previous use of HP Omen which is why I'm looking at them but if anyone has any other recommendations for ~£1200 I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Jon

I would personally say go with the RTX 2060 for the reason that they handle ray tracing much better than the GTX series cards. Ray tracing may become a popular thing in the nearby future and having a system better equipped to handle it would mean better performance so you wouldn't have a reason to upgrade as fast as you would with a GTX card.
