New laptop randomly restarts

So I got an Acer E 15 3 months ago and after a while it started to randomly restart on it's own. The restarting window was not there, it was just immediately a black screen and a restart...
And it's not happening while I'm playing any games. It's just so random. While I'm looking at photos, browsing the web and so on. I've done a virus scan and my pc is clean. So what should I do? Thanks.

I would contact the manufacturer as it is still under warranty.

I tried but all they did was answer with an automated robotic answer which wasn't even related to what I was asking for. They just told me how to reinstall my Windows :/

You need to get through to an actual person, rather than the automated system.
