NEW laptop running very laggy and slow

i just bought a windows 8.1 laptop from amazon..the laptop has been unbearably slow ever since i got it idk what the issue is the web browser take 1 min toi load sometimes 5 games run choppy or slow as hell..i cant do something as simple as opening my document cuz THAT take 1 min to open......

any help would be appreciated

Look into all the preinstalled bloatware. I've seen brand new laptops be unusable for an hour after start up, due to competing AV and registry cleanup scans.

Uninstall a bunch of that junk.

iv already uninstalled everything that i could that came on the system
