New laptop, what can I expect?

Just got an ASUS G46VM laptop & am wondering what games I can expect to play on a certain quality.

Here are the specs:

Intel Core i5 3210M @ 2.50GHz
Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology

8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)

Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@60Hz)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M
Intel HD Graphics 4000
Hard Drives
699GB Seagate ST750LM022 HN-M750MBB (SATA)

VIA High Definition Audio

First thing I did was update the integrated graphics drivers & nvidia drivers (newest HD 4000 drivers & 310.70 for nvidia). Did complete uninstall & reinstall with new drivers. I got Far Cry 3 & have played on both low & ultra settings. Low I get ~40 FPS & ultra I get ~20 & am using Fraps for FPS. Is this normal? Any suggestions to get better FPS?

Its normal. FC3 is a very demanding game and GTX 660 can't take it on ultra at a smooth fps rate so I guess it will be fine if you played on medium for example. Your laptop overall is good and can play BF3, Skyrim, SC2, and many other recent games at a smooth rate of fps

Scoot down and on the Left side you will see FPS and Settings for the various games for your dGPU (GTX 660M).
