It's a gigabyte P34G v3 CFG-2 (970M)

I played games successfully with for a couple hours it until I loaded EVGA precision (I hadn't overclocked, and it had been open before). I got a BSOD randomly so I restarted. Then it started looping. I tried a rollback, wiping drivers, but it still didn't work. It crashes as soon as I try to install any nvidia drivers.

here is my minidump analysis:

Update: error persists after clean install. I never saw any flickering or signs of video problems.

Solution
A plugin card to your computer if it supports it. You can throw a GTX 580M in there if you wish, or GTX 970M for that matter. It's kinda like PCI for laptop GPUs.

Thanks for your replies. I had played two hours of DOTA to test my -60mv undervolt using XTU. I went to EVGA to check temps (had been 70 before) when it BSOD'd as evga loaded. I'll try the ram and have a motherboard place look the hardware over

Ok, it's confirmed that it's a dead GPU. Swapped everything internally and did a fresh install. Same problem. Something happened and the GPU died after 2 hours of playing my first day with the laptop. If I had known their QC was like this, I'd have bought a Blade instead.

I'm taking it to file a claim after work. What is MxM?
