where is the registration code like XXXX-XXXX-.......
that I can see under windows 8?
I've got a new laptop with windows 8 pre-installed. I 'd like to know if my computer is hacked. Would someone be able to find out my registration code

No such thing, and even if you knew the activation code (which is useless for 99% of people), it wouldn't tell you if you've been hacked. If you are concerned with computer security, buy a proper antivirus and firewall like those from bitdefender, norton, etc.

I don't mean to check if I m hacked by the registration code.

I'd like to know if ... just for example. If my laptop is stolen by someone ( it once happened) , is he able to trace and find out my personal information from the registration code of windows 8 ?? Since my laptop is an educational offer by a reseller whom required to provide a lot of personal information to them. Could they register my information to Microsoft or windows 8, and then by having my registration code, they will be able to find out my personal details?

If someone steals your laptop, 99.999999% chance is that they will reformat it with a pirated windows copy and pawn it off.

And no, registration isn't your issue, it's the data you keep on there. If your laptop supports bitlocker, make sure to enable that and you're good. In fact, if the device getting stolen is an issue, register it with your local police station and add a bios password (and disable alternate boot methods)
