New Lenovo bloatware?

Just got new Lenovo Ideacentre 310S that runs slow. I read that a while back Lenovo had pre-installed bloatware. I ran PC Decrapifier and it found nothing. Any ideas on what I can check/do? 4GB RAM / 1TB HDD. Thank you.

Honestly, at work when we get new Dell systems, many times I pull them from the box and format the drive and do a clean install of windows 10 straight off before I even set them up.

What CPU does your system have? And is it a laptop or desktop? Upgrading to 8gb of ram or now may help if you have an i3 or higher CPU. Also, replacing the hard drive with an SSD would make a huge difference.
