Question New Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 27ITL6 - I can't install Windows because I can't disable Intel VMD controller ?

Hello.
I have a new Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 27ITL6, but I can't install windows 10 on it, because it can't recognize the drive.

As I have seen in similar cases, some people say I have to disable Intel VDM controller in order for this to work but the problem is that in Lenovo BIOS I don't have the option to disable Intel VMD controller, it just doesn't exist (please see attachment).

Can you please help me?

This does not seem like it applies to your computer since it apparently has an 11th generation cpu. If you could verify what cpu it has that would help. Meanwhile tell us about the drive. Was this already installed and working before or is it new and possibly defective right from the start. How big is the drive since the specs seem to indicate that it only supports driver up to 512GB but that may be out of date. Also is this Lenovo's own m.2 or another company? Perhaps the drive just needs a GPT partition identifier. You could use a program like Gparted to check it.

I fixed that after I installed "Download Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) driver ".
