How do I change settings of my new lenovo laptop in windows 10 from chinese language to english

i am unsure as to what they actually mean . but changing the keyboard language is simple (windows key + spacebar)

i am just picturing someone sat looking at windows in a complete daze because everything is in chinese ! rather than just the keyboard language

If you want to change all Windows messages and you have the correct keyboard layout to type in English

In Windows 7 you probably needed the Enerprise version to change languages completely
it seems 8 & 10 are easier.
