Hey all,

I built a system a few years back now and am hoping get some opinions on getting it up and running with current (and future) games.
It can still run everything, but I'm having to sacrifice quality settings and resolution for acceptable frame rates more and more.

System specs:

Antec Earthwatts 650W Power Supply ATX12V V2.2 EPS12V Active PFC 80PLUS 120MM Fan

Diamond Radeon HD 4890 Xoc 1GB 925MHZ 1GB 4.2GHZ GDDR5 PCI-E 2XDVI HDTV Video Card

Gigabyte EX58-UD3R ATX LGA1366 X58 DDR3 2PCI-E 2PCI SATA2 RAID Sound GLAN CrossFireX Motherboard

Corsair XMS3 Dominator TR3X6G1600C8D 6GB DDR3 3X2GB DDR3-1600 CL 8-8-8-24 Core i7 Memory Kit

Intel Core I7 920 D0 Stepping Quad Core Processor LGA1366 2.66GHZ Bloomfield 8MB LGA1366

Western Digital 7501AALS Caviar Black 750GB SATA2 7200RPM 4.2MS 32MB 3.5IN Dual Proc Digital WD

Antec P183 ATX Tower Case Black 11 Drive Bay 4X5.25 1X3.5 6X3.5INT No PS Front USB & Sound

I know the video card is pretty much past it's due date, but it would be nice to keep most of the other components. I'm not against overclocking, however, everything is on it's stock cooler, so aftermarket cooling would most likely have to be used. (liquid cooling is something I've been looking at as of late).

It's pretty much a balance between the viability of keeping certain pieces versus getting all new components and putting it together.
