New line at top of each thread needs to move!

Every thread I click on to read, I start reading and that line is first thing. I no longer care about affiliate commission and how it works for your site. Please move it somewhere else on the page. Maybe put it above the title of the thread so it's smaller letters can be automatically passed by on to the big letters of the thread title.
