Question New Logitech G PRO GX Blue keyboard doesn't work ?

Hi everyone,

I have recently bought a Logitech G Pro keyboard and I received it yesterday, however, it does not work. The issue is that it is not being recognized by Windows and it shows up as "Unkown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" in device manager. When I go into properties it shows up as Error code 43. LG Hub does not see it either. I have just about tried every troubleshooting step and I am going to probably send it back but there are some issues with the store I bought it from so I am still waiting on their reply and I still want to try and fix it since there is nothing better to do until they reply to me.

After looking into this thoroughly I have come up with a hypothesis that it might be an issue with the keyboards built in software as opposed to the hardware. One of the troubleshooting steps I wanted to try was updating the driver but telling Windows to look for it in LG Hub's folder, however, I seem to be missing the folder that is supposed to contain the drivers there. I have scoured the internet trying to find a direct download for the drivers but to no avail.

Has anyone had this issue with this keyboard? I have found many articles regarding this issue but none with this particular model. I think there is a good chance of fixing this by finding the right drivers, but I am completely unable to do that. Thanks in advance for any help.
