New M5A99FX Pro R2.0 won.t loadup anything

Just installed this MB. Its not detecting a wired; nor wireless keyboard. Its saying " A bootable DVD/CD is detected, and that its booting from local disk but nothing is happening. HELP this is my 1st. build.

Thanks for the fast reply. I started to read on more in this here forum, and found the answer. Miss match ram ; 16gs of Crucial Ballistix Sport @ 1600 9-9-9 with 12 gs of Corsair Vengeance @ 1866 10-11-10. It gave me a fit ; I im very new @ this , but I knew better some things just dont like to mix it up , but thanks any way. Live and learn.
