Hello,I have a machine that has a dvd drive but would like to buy the new one with the dedicated graphics and all that it comes with. I am on a boat and do not have other computers that via network I can borrow their dvd drives, so how do I load the many dvd's that my navigation program requires

An external USB DVD drive would work.
