[SOLVED] New Mainboard (Z390) can’t boot from stick

Hi I just bought a new mainboard. After connecting everything and starting it I get stuck on a screen with a loading spinner, which loads for a few seconds and then freezes.

I removed the GPU and disconnected the hard drives and tried to start it with the boot stick only, and still get stuck on the same page.

Now I’m not sure if I can do anything more. So my guess is that maybe the RAM does not work correctly (It is listed in the specs of the board). or the board is broken.
Before I buy new RAM or send the board back I wanted to ask here if someone has an idea where the problem lies.

Solution
Do you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard? I had the exact same issue with my Gigabyte Z390 Gaming SLI motherboard and updating the BIOS to the latest version did the trick.

My mother board supported the i5-9600k out of the box, just not MY i5-9600k, which had the R0 stepping. I had to update the BIOS to get Windows to install.

Could you post all system components.
Try with just the CPU, one RAM module and the disk you are installing Windows.
Disconnect all other hardware.

Thanks for the answer, these are the other components. I disconnected the GPU and connected the monitor directly to the mainboard to test if that's the problem.

I also tried to start it with only one RAM connected, but it froze at the same point with both bars.
