Question New mATX Z490 motherboard... which to choose?

So I need to build a new work computer- its completely expensible, up to a point. I have selected case, i7 10k cpu, gpu, ram, etc. I just don't know what motherboard to pick.

It seems like these are the two best... but i may be wrong:
