Greetings:

Wife went out of town for 3 weeks so I just built a new system with this
MB and the following:
Intel 2.8G 800fsb Northwood chip
1GB PC 2700 Crucial DDR Ram 2 sticks (Chanl a and b)
80 GB Western D 8mb chache HD
ATI 9800 Pro 128 mb Video card
Win XP home

System is rock solid. CPU temp is 49C and case (Antec Sonta with 380
true power PSU) temp about 44C Havent tweaked anything yet, and
everything loaded as default including all the BIOS settings.
A few questions. In the Core Center the FSB says 200mhz..... I'm pretty
sure this chip can run at least 400FSB and mabey 533fsb. Do I change it
in the bios.

All my video card setting are default also. Do I need to be changing
anythin here either.

only game i play is NASCAR 2003 online (at this time) and my frame rates
went from 45 on my old ati 9000 pro with a duron 900 to about 120fps so
i'm happy. I personally dont think they can go much higher.

Any input

Thanks

I believe it is 200mhz quadpumped so 200 is correct. definitely not 533. If
it is working I wouldnt mess with it for a few days to make sure it is
stable. Maybe start tweaking next weekend. Thats the beauty of a pc, you can
upgrade all day long and she cant tell because everything is hidden inside.
