Is this as typo or does it really need 15V to work, if so then how are they going to integrate that into any available CPU?

Not a typo. The operating voltage of the AlScN ferrodiode is less than 15 V at 600 °C, and is thus compatible with silicon-carbide-based high-temperature logic technology.
 
Well unless you imagine yourself using your laptop with such a CPU while standing right next to a pyroclastic flow then yes, only specialized CPUs.
Yeah, not me, but any people that have any sort of use case for this will want to use it with powerful cpus? Maybe?! And not just with a specially made pocket calculator equivalent.
I mean they make it sound like they are talking about a lot of compute.
