Question new memory problems. HELP PLEASE

i just got new ram. and i put it in. it works fine but for some reason i got to keep restarting my computer till it fully boots up. When it boots up it recognizes my new ram and shows its installed. but everytime i turn off my computer i have to redo the process of restarting it multiple times.

motherboard- ROG Strix h370-f gaming
gpu- msi geforce gtx 970
cpu- intel i7 8700k

anything else you need to know. jsut ask.

i cant find anything anywhere on whats wrong with it

Sounds like it isn't seated correctly. I would remove and reseat and see if that improves it.

ive done that so many times. its seated like good and tight.

its reading it perfectly fine and my games are running a lot smoother because of it. but like i have to avoid turning my pc off because if i do ill be sitting here 10 minutes trying to start it up

Good and tight isn't the goal. The goal is for it to have full and proper contact. Sometimes swapping around modules will fix any module/socket quirks so I would try that.
