Question New Message In Pre-Bios Screen, plus FastBoot Enabled By Itself

I turned on my computer today and got a new message saying:

"After setting up Intel(R) Optane Memory or the RAID configuration was built, SATA Mode Selection must be changed to RAID mode to avoid unknown issues."

(This happens in the initial load screen prior to entering the bios (and then loading windows).)

I made no changes to my computer. I downloaded no new software. Also Fast Boot enabled itself.

What happened? What should I do?

Thank you. Is there any way to get confirmation before I do so? Any resources I can look at? Also, does the type of battery matter; are they all the same?
