Estimable
its all about OHMS. https://www.neumann.com/homestudio/en/what-is-impedance
either your mic is perpared to work with way stronger device behind it, or windows is doing crapp again.
If I see it:
Empedans 680ohm
so your card should be ~2k
https://www.gearslutz.com/board/newbie-audio-engineering-production-question-zone/948449-do-i-need-dynamic-mic-into-soundcard-impedance-transformer.html
This adaptor is designed to match 600R output impedance to 2.5K input impedance. It may be used to connect a microphone to a portable recording device, camcorder, or PC.

OR maybe its the double to triple ring mic (you can see it, record monotone oooooooooooooooooooooo while you plug out the mic slowly )

I think you just need pro sound card:

only card I could recommend I touched was assus essence stx II (pricy for such topic)

Seems like that mic is designed to plug into the 1/8" (3.5mm) mic input commonly found on the PC, so it should "just work" for you. I can't find any detailed info like a PDF user manual or spec sheet, though. Can you link to one? You might want to adjust your record level. Can you describe the problems a bit more? Whose voices are in the background?
