Hello, everyone! With some luck I'll be building the new system in the next 2 months after I've gathered all the parts, however, just wanted to make sure that there really isn't anything better on the market when it comes to quality/price/performance.
I'll be writing down the components but keep in mind that the prices are different from US market - converted to USD the budget would be 4000 dollars (the monitor is included in the price). I'll be using the PC to replace my old one and I wanted to enjoy some of the games I've always wanted to try but never could, also the idea is to be able to easily upgrade once something that's worth it comes out. Something I wanna mention is I'll be building it all white (except for the PSU)
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B850 A-GAMING
CPU: AMD R7 9800X3D
GPU: Asrock Radeon 9070 XT Steel Legend
RAM: Kingston Fury 2x16GB DDR5 @6000MHz white RGB
SSD: Kingston Renegade 2TB
PSU: Corsair RMX Shift 1000X 1000W ATX 3.0
COOLER: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 WHITE
Case: Fractal Design Torrent White RGB
Thermal paste: Arctic MX2
Monitor: Gigabyte Aorus FO32U2 4K
Any advices or opinions will be extremely appreciated - disregard the currency differences - I'm pretty sure I'll be able to find the parts in the local market.

That gpu is going to struggle at 4K. I would look at 1440.

You didn't mention country or stores, and gave the budget in usd.

Here's a few options to have a look at. Low profile RAM so that the heatsinks don't impede a dual tower cpu cooler.

Yes, I agree but I don't mind lowering some settings - it's just that I hate the whole Nvidia disregard for gamers situation right now and their prices are way too steep. Also - most of the OLED/QLED above 32 inch I've found in local stores are 4K resolutions - can't seem to find 32/34 inch OLEDs and I'm set to get an OLED panel for sure.
Also, those parts you sent in the second reply seem rather good - pretty much the same but cheaper which is awesome - given they're of the same quality I'd say I'd swap some of my original parts with those..
EDIT: For the CPU - I just wanted to get the best processor for gaming right now and worry about GPU/RAM/SSD etc in the future only, that's why I went for the 9800X3d

As far as the cpu, if you do want to save money, something like a ryzen 7 7700x or 9700x would still give you a great experience.

I have a ryzen 7 7700 non x paired up with a 9070xt and it so far is fine. Not saying you have to go that route, but if you’re needing to shave any money off the budget you won’t be losing to much performance.
