Yeah quite a lot of odd choices. Budget and usage would help a lot.

i3 is solid but generally if your budget dictates an i5 is out of the question, you are better off sticking with ATX and an FX6300.

Z87 at ITX comes down to overclocking, which is a waste of money on a non-overclockable processor. If you need integrated Wifi, it's hard to cut the budget down here, but if you don't then a H81 or B85 board will give you much better value for money.

GTX750Ti is fine, but that segment of the market is pretty messy right now. The HD7850 is EOL, the HD7870 is gone, the GTX660 has generally gone up in price. The R9 270 is too expensive, the R7 265 still hasn't arrived. I'd be a bit hesitant to buy in this kind of price bracket right now as things could change a lot overnight. The main selling point of the GTX750/Ti is that it's small and low power. In a case like this, in a build like this, neither of those things is terribly helpful to you.

An SSD on a lower budget is always pretty questionable. If this is a primarily gaming build, you'd be far better served by ditching it and spending more on CPU/graphics. It's a nice thing to have, but if there is a place to save, it's here.

You have picked out the Bitfenix Prodigy M, with an ITX motherboard. You should use the standard Prodigy (ie, not "M") for ITX builds, it's a far better design than the M version.

As it stands, any ~400W PSU is more than enough for your needs, but I'd consider potentially looking at 500-550W PSUs as an option as they are often not much more expensive, and basically give you enough power and connectors to cover any potential graphics card upgrade. Without knowing where you are, it's hard to know what to recommend, but the XFX Core 450/550 is well priced on both sides of the Atlantic, is excellent quality, and comfortably fits in a Prodigy.

You certainly won't need a Z87 mobo with an i3. Save some money by getting a B85 or H87 mobo. Make sure you don't cheap out on the power supply. Get a good 80+ Bronze at least. 300w would be more than enough for i3 + 750ti. As mentioned you could get an i5 if budget allows. The i5 4570s would be a great choice.

thanks guys for the response, actually this build is on a strict budget for gaming. around $650-750 ballpark figure,

bf4 @1080p high settings the least.

CPU - well fx6300 was on my target at first, but im not familiar w/ amd mobos so i was leaning on intel for quite some time now from lga1155-1150,

GPU - im totally splitted with this right now, no clear cut answer.

i just might ditch SSD for 760's i guess?

about the case, well might as well go full ATX w/ fx 6300 ft. gtx 760.

Yeah if you want the best value machine then I'd definitely suggest something in that ballpark (FX6300, GTX760).
I don't know what your budget has to include (OS etc) but make sure to get a 970-series motherboard.
The $65-70 ones are fine if you want value, but stepping up to something a bit more expensive wouldn't be a bad idea if you want to give yourself the option to overclock, something like a Asus M5A97 R2.0 for example.

Given your budget, you probably want to keep the cost of the case down. You can get a solid-ish ATX case for $30 and at that price they probably won't be huge.

I don't really understand how you can be on a strict budget, but then give a ballpark figure lol Anyway, this would get you high/Ultra at 1080p in BF4:
